You may browse, download, and print content from the Site solely for your personal information, provided you do not modify the content and retain all copyright and proprietary notices. You may not use any data mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools on the Site, or frame or mirror any part of the Site without our express written consent.
All reservations made through the Site or via our reservation channels are subject to availability and confirmation. Rates displayed are indicative and may vary based on date, room type, and availability at the time of booking. Confirmed bookings will receive a booking reference via email. Cancellation policies vary by property and rate plan — please review the specific terms provided at the time of booking.
All prices are displayed in the local currency of the respective property unless otherwise stated. Prices include applicable taxes unless specified. Payment is processed securely through our authorised payment providers. Rixos Hotels reserves the right to adjust pricing in case of manifest error. Additional charges for services consumed during your stay will be settled upon checkout.
Cancellation and modification policies are determined by the rate plan selected at the time of booking. Flexible rates typically allow free cancellation up to 24-72 hours prior to arrival. Non-refundable rates are fully charged at the time of booking and cannot be cancelled or modified. Please refer to your booking confirmation for specific cancellation terms applicable to your reservation.
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the comfort and safety of all guests and staff. Rixos Hotels reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest whose conduct is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or in violation of property policies. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property during their stay.
The ALL — Accor Live Limitless loyalty programme is subject to its own terms and conditions as published by Accor SA. Points earned during stays at Rixos properties are governed by the ALL programme rules. Rixos Hotels is not responsible for changes to the ALL programme that are beyond its control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rixos Hotels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or services. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Rixos Hotels shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, war, terrorism, labour disputes, or utility failures.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from the use of the Site or services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
